DAVENPORT - Nancy Lea Ruhl, 59, of Vinton, Iowa, formerly of Davenport, died Friday, February 11, 2011, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids following a sudden illness.
A visitation and celebration of Nancy's life will be held Saturday, February 19, 2011, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Ruhl residence, 405 17th Avenue, Moline Ill
Nancy was born January 24, 1952, at Great Lakes, Ill., to Arthur and Helen (Frerichs) Ruhl. She attended West High School in Davenport.
Nancy enjoyed watching movies, and loved music, and shopping. She especially enjoyed time spent with family and friends and with her Chihuahua "Paco."
She is survived by her son, Brian (Lisa) Ruhl of Moline, Ill.; her brother, Robert (Shirley) Ruhl of Andover, Ill.; her stepfather, Bernard J. Johnson of Moline, Ill.; and her niece, Angela (Christopher) Gaul of McCausland, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents.
