Robert "P-nut" McDermott, 42, Davenport, died Saturday, October 8, 1994, at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus, Davenport.

Services at 10 a.m.Tuesday at Runge Mortuary, Davenport. The body will be cremated.

Visitations is 3 to 8 p.m. today. A memorial fund has been established.

Mr. McDermott was born October 5, 1952, in Davenport, the son of Robert Lee and Nancie McDermott.  He married Vikki Roehlk Aigist 18, 1973, in Davenport.

He had been employed as a construction worker in the Davenport area for several years.

He was a member of Labor's Local 309 and the West High Booster Club. He was active in coaching Northwest Little League and Pony League.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include the widow; sons, Shawn and Chad McDermott, both of Davenport: his mother and stepfather, Nancie and Harold Carr, Mount Morris, Ill.; his father and stepmother, Robert Lee and Barbara McDermott, Davenport; a brother, Barry McDermott, Las Vegas: and several nieces and nephews.
